Manufacturing Engineer
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Own the creation of Operation Method Sheet, Sequence Of Event, fixture design, final test procedures, Quality Control checklist of electromechanical systems Design fixtures/tooling to support Method of Manufacturing.
- Create shop drawings, work instructions, & communicate Method of Manufacturing to Production
- Work with internal and external customers to drive projects completion.
- Own and drive engineering and control builds of electromechanical modules
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Quality teams for continuous improvements
- Lead root causation to resolve issues in Production, Quality, and at customers
Essential Skills:
- Extremely hands-on & mechanical aware
- Highly motivated to learn with ability to work on complex components using logic & common-sense engineering coupled with data driven decision making mindset.
- Strong to expert level Solidworks & GD&T skills
- Understanding of machining methods and approaches to semiconductor polymer-based parts fabrication
- Strong customer communication skills (i.e. PowerPoint, storyboard, actions, results)
- Good analytical and reporting skills (Microsoft applications and BI)
- Good team player and/or leader with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Semiconductor experience
- 5-8 yrs metal or plastic machining manufacturing experience
- Must have an intermediate working knowledge of SolidWorks, Excel, GD&T
