Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Own the creation of Operation Method Sheet, Sequence Of Event, fixture design, final test procedures, Quality Control checklist of electromechanical systems Design fixtures/tooling to support Method of Manufacturing.
  • Create shop drawings, work instructions, & communicate Method of Manufacturing to Production
  • Work with internal and external customers to drive projects completion.
  • Own and drive engineering and control builds of electromechanical modules
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Quality teams for continuous improvements
  • Lead root causation to resolve issues in Production, Quality, and at customers

Essential Skills:

  • Extremely hands-on & mechanical aware
  • Highly motivated to learn with ability to work on complex components using logic & common-sense engineering coupled with data driven decision making mindset.
  • Strong to expert level Solidworks & GD&T skills
  • Understanding of machining methods and approaches to semiconductor polymer-based parts fabrication
  • Strong customer communication skills (i.e. PowerPoint, storyboard, actions, results)
  • Good analytical and reporting skills (Microsoft applications and BI)
  • Good team player and/or leader with minimal supervision
