Sales Account Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time outside sales role with flexibility to work remotely. The Sales Account Manager role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, leading customer service initiatives, and driving customer satisfaction. The Sales Account Manager will also focus on lead generation, maintaining effective communication with clients, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders. Tasked with achieving sales targets, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction, minimum of 5+ years required
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to handle client queries effectively
- Experience in Lead Generation and building professional relationships
- Exceptional Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Understanding of the manufacturing or plastics industry is a plus
