Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责

  1. 带领供应链团队完成日常工作,如创建PO、供应商交货进度跟踪。
    Lead SCM team to complete daily works as issue PO, delivery tracking.
  2. 带领和辅导下属根据内部程序开发和管理供应商。
    Lead and coach subordinates to develop and manage suppliers according to internal procedures.
  3. 带领供应链团队完成日常工作,如创建PO、供应商交货进度跟踪。

  4. 带领和辅导下属根据内部程序开发和管理供应商。
    Lead and coach subordinates to develop and manage suppliers according to internal procedures.
  5. 与供应商和内部相关部门保持顺畅和透明的沟通。
    Keep smooth and transparent communication with suppliers and relative departments.
  6. 制定年度采购计划,包括成本节约行动计划,供应商战略等。
    Formulate annual procurement plan, including cost saving plan, supplier strategic plan etc.
  7. 持续优化公司采购程序和流程,以获取更好的成本、质量和OTD表现。
    Continually improve company purchasing procedure and flow for better cost, quality and OTD performance.
  8. 协调供应商、支持SQE解决供应商质量问题。
    Coordinate supplier to support SQE to resolve supplier quality issue.
  9. NPI新项目采购支持;与国外采购团队合作。
    New project purchasing to support NPI; Cooperate with oversea purchasing team.
  10. 上级主管交办的其它工作事项。
    Other tasks assigned work by supervisor.

Job Requirements 任职资格

  1. 商务、工程方面本科以上学历,有塑料和机加工知识更佳。
    Business/Engineering etc. Bachelor degree or above, plastic and machining knowledge is preferred.
  2. 跨国公司5年或以上的采购经验,其中三年以上的管理经验。
    Minimum of 5+ years of procurement experiences/3+ years management experience e with a multi-national company or equivalent.
  3. 具有成本降低方面的成功经验。
    Successful experience in cost saving projects.
  4. 熟悉供应商、物流管理等采购相关的ERP模块的使用。
    Experiences in ERP system related to supplier and material management modules.
  5. 良好的书面和口头英语能力。
    Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  6. 供应商管理技能和物流知识。
    Supplier management skills and logistics knowledge, etc.
  7. 良好的商务技能、沟通协商技能。
    Good business skills, negotiation skills.
  8. 精力充沛及较强的抗压能力
    High energy and strong anti-pressure ability.
