C-Hawk Completes Acquisition of Global Gold-Plating Leader, Gold Tech Industries 

C-Hawk Technology Int’l, a global leader in the manufacturing of components, assemblies and processes for the semiconductor and healthcare industries has completed the acquisition of Gold Tech Industries (GTI), a leader in gold plating applications used in Epitaxial process for semiconductor chamber manufacturing.

Operating out of Tempe, Arizona since 1984, GTI fabricates component and complex assemblies using materials such as aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, and ceramic, supporting highly specialized semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
