Duties & Responsibilities

  • To make and generate accurate and efficient NC programs using Master CAM/Surf CAM.
  • Ability to program and machine complex and high tolerance components.
  • Provides assistance in CNC machines setup and operations when required.
  • Provides technical assistance to Sales Engineers on new part’s quotation, machining procedures and feasibility.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexible, ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment with long hours and tight deadlines.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years or more of working experience in related field is required for applicants with NITEC/Higher NITEC.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and sketches.
  • Ability to use Master CAM/Surf CAM will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CNC milling and lathe machines setup and operation will be a major advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good proficiency in English.
